Eligibility for Refund:

  1. You must report any damaged or defective product within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. To initiate a refund claim, please share:

    • Clear Images and video of the damaged product.

    • Your Order ID.

Refund Approval Process:

  • Once your claim is received and verified, we will assess the issue.

  • If your claim is valid, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Please Note:

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective products reported within the specified time frame.

  • We do not offer refunds for wrong size, change of mind, or delay in delivery.

    NOTE - To return your product, you must have an image video of opening the product, only then your return will be processed. if You Product Is valid then after will process return and refunds.
