To return your product, you must have an image video of opening the product, only then your return will be processed. if You Product Is valid then after will process return and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered.

• Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  NOTE -You must have video and images of the product being opened only then your return will be approved.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• After reviewing your Image and Video Proof, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Conditions for Non-Eligibility:

• Products returned without prior approval.

• Damage caused by improper handling or usage after delivery.

• Requests made after 48 hours of receiving the product.
